HOPE‘s established hands-on empowerment & employment programs engage local youth in community projects to help break cycles of hunger, inequality, oppression & poverty. Since 2012, local youth from five different schools in our community have been participating in HOPE-inspired programs.
At HOPE, we have found that as our gardens grow…so do our kids. Through hands-on experience, our youth become empowered to work harder, succeed in school, and imagine a brighter future. They develop job skills, cooking skills, leadership skills, a greater understanding of nutrition, as well as a myriad of other talents through one of our special program offerings.
We’re sharing HOPE with our community by planting partnerships and nurturing relationships with other local organizations.
