Older youth employment program: Spring/summer 2024
Another year another spring on the horizon! We are so excited to begin gearing up a crew of 15 high school students to embark on our Older Youth Employment Program journey of 2024.
We will explore job skills, leadership, teamwork, nutrition & health, cooking, communication skills, social justice, and community stewardship all through a gardening lens.
Through composting, eating with the seasons, tending the land, horticulture, and sustainability, youth will have the opportunity to grow as future community members while growing their own food.
