Garden Recess | 5th Grade Farmers | Summer Camp | Partners in Planting
HOPE engages kids and young adults at the HOPE Garden, and through community service we’re working to help break cycles of hunger, poverty, inequality & oppression. Since 2016, more than 600 kids and young adults in our community have participated in HOPE’s youth empowerment programs (Garden Recess, 5th Grade Farmers, Summer & Older Youth Entrepreneurship Camp).
HOPE’s proven curriculum uses Trauma-Informed Education Practices and centers on HOPE’s mission of Youth Empowerment through Growing Self-Confidence, Growing Good Habits, & Growing Community Values. Our programs are designed to help youth develop leadership skills, acheive academic and professional success, and encourage individual resilience. To share the love and encourage hope, we also help organizations in our community! Our Partners in Planting explore creative ways to support our HOPE-filled youth empowerment programs through community development and partnership opportunities.
